退貨及收貨政策 為確保貨品質量與食用安全,請顧客細閱以下條款。本公司保留最終解釋權與處理退貨的決定權。 1. 不設退貨政策 除非於收貨當日即時發現產品出現質量問題,否則本公司概不接受任何退貨、退款或更換要求。為維護食品及商品的安全與衛生,所有已完成交付的貨品一經接收,恕不接受因個人原因或變更意願提出的退貨申請。 2. 收貨時當面點算及檢查 顧客必須於收貨時與派遞員當面點算訂購之商品種類及數量,並立即檢查貨品包裝是否完整,以確保貨品無損。 如有任何短缺、錯誤交付或明顯損壞,請當場向送貨人員提出。 若顧客選擇授權他人代收或放棄當面檢查權利,即表示同意自行承擔相關風險,公司將不承擔任何因此產生之責任。 一經確認簽收,本公司將視為貨品已正確無誤交付,後續問題將不予受理。 3. 如貨品受損或質量問題的處理機制 如發現貨品疑似質量問題,請於簽收後 7 日內,立即拍照存證並透過以下方式聯絡我們: WhatsApp:5304 3934 電郵:cafedeido@gmail.com 請標明訂單編號、問題說明,以及附上清晰照片。我們將根據個案內容作出評估與跟進。 如未能提供相關證明或逾期提出申請,本公司保留不予處理的權利。 4. 海外訂單退換貨條款 由於海外配送涉及額外風險與成本,所有海外訂單之退換安排將個別處理。如需提出申請,請預先聯絡我們的客服團隊以獲取專屬指引。所有退貨申請需經本公司確認接納始可執行。 ===== Return & Delivery Policy To ensure food safety and product quality, please read the following terms carefully. The Company reserves the right of final interpretation and decision regarding all return and exchange requests. 1. No Return Policy Except for cases where product quality issues are identified on the date of delivery, we do not accept any return, refund, or exchange requests under any circumstances. Once goods are delivered and received, we are unable to accommodate returns due to personal preferences or change of mind. This is to protect the hygiene and integrity of our products. 2. On-site Verification Upon Delivery Customers must verify the product type and quantity with the delivery personnel on the spot, and inspect the packaging immediately for any visible damage or error. If any shortages, incorrect items, or visible defects are found, please report them immediately at the time of delivery. If customers authorize a third party to receive the goods or choose to waive their right to inspect upon delivery, they automatically accept full responsibility for the condition received. In such cases, the Company will not be liable for any losses or issues discovered afterward. Once the delivery is signed for, the order will be deemed completed and accepted, and no further claims will be entertained. 3. We will assess and respond accordingly based on the situation. Please note: Requests submitted after this 7-day period, or without sufficient photographic proof, may not be processed. 4. For Overseas Orders Due to the unique nature and logistics of international shipping, return procedures may differ from local orders. If a return is necessary, please contact our Customer Service Team before taking any action to receive detailed instructions. All overseas return requests are subject to prior approval and may be declined depending on the circumstances.
